This site is owned and operated by the owner of Fountain View Fish Market. We built it as a plain list of seafood and fish restaurants in the Houston area, made from one spreadsheet of public business information.

What is the "Owner's pick" box?

The owner's own business (Fountain View Fish Market) appears in a labeled "Owner's pick" box at the top of some pages. That box is promotion by the site owner. It is not a rating, a review or an award, and it is shown apart from the ranked list.

How are restaurants ranked?

Every ranked list is sorted by the same published formula, based on Google rating and review count. Nobody is moved up or down by hand, including the owner's business. A restaurant needs at least 25 Google reviews in our data to be ranked.

Where does the information come from?

Data: Google Maps. Ratings, review counts, hours, addresses and phone numbers come from Google Maps (Google Places API) as of the date shown on each listing. Ratings and reviews are from Google users and are not verified by this site. Fountain View Fish Market's hours and services come from the owner. We do not write or publish our own reviews or star ratings. Each listing shows the date it was last checked.

How do I fix a listing?

Contact the site owner to request a correction or removal. We remove or update listings that are closed or wrong.
